Spring Rolls with Shiitake mushrooms sauté
Spring Rolls with Shiitake mushrooms sauté (3-4 persons) - Vegetarian recipe
16 large Spring rolls sheets (refer photo to see the one I use)
3 medium size carrots
1 large red onion
3 teaspoons of Sunflower oil
Salt and pepper for a light seasoning (you can also use 'Knor' seasoned salt)
1 clove of garlic
3 Bok Choy ('Brede Tom Pouce')
100g shiitake mushrooms
4-5 teaspoons of Shiitake mushroom sauce (refer photo to see the one I use)
Special Spring rolls dipping sauce (4-5 teaspoons per person - refer photo)
Step 3: In your frying pan, add some oil, your chopped garlic and your chopped onion. When the onion has become translucent, add your carrots followed by your thinly sliced mushroom. Season lightly with salt and pepper (You may also use specially flavored salt such as the 'Knor' seasoned salt for enhanced flavor!). I highlighted 'lightly' because the Shiitake mushroom sauce to be added in coming step 5 does contain salt already !...
Step 4: After 4-5 minutes on medium-high heat, proceed as below;
