Sauteed meat with Cauliflower
Sauteed meat with Cauliflower (For 2-3 persons)
2 large tomatoes
200g meat (chicken or beef or lamb or any other of your choice)
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Salt and pepper to season
1 teaspoon of sugar
4 branches of thyme
4 branches of parsley
2 cloves of garlic
300g of Cauliflower
3 pinches of Cayenne pepper
Step 1: Cut your Cauliflower while removing the hard stems
Step 2: In your pan, add your chopped garlic, thinly sliced tomatoes, Cauliflowers, your meat thinly sliced, your olive oil, 2 pinches of salt, 2 pinches of pepper and 3 pinches of Cayenne pepper
Note: If you are using beef or lamb, cook the latter in your pressure cooker first to avoid it to have an "elastic" type texture ..
Step 3: Cover your pan and allow it to cook on small-medium heat for 15-20 minutes
Step 4: Do not forget to stir each 5 minutes
Step 5: When your Cauliflowers has become soft as well as your tomatoes (~25 minutes on low heat), switch off the heat.
Step 6: Add your thinly cut parsley, your thyme leaves and stir
Step 7: Voila !...
