Sauteed fish with lemon

Sauteed fish with lemon (For 2 persons !)

250g of fish filet (any fish of your preference, I chose Salmon )

Salt and Pepper to season

2 cloves of garlic

3-4 branches of parsley

1 medium size lemon

3 tablespoons of Olive oil

2 medium size onions


Step 1: Cut your fish filet into thin slices

Step 2: In your pan, add your coarsely chopped onions with 1 thinly chopped garlic clove, 1 tablespoon of Olive oil and 1 pinch of salt. Stir fry on low-medium heat until the onions have softened.

Step 3 : Wash and cut your lemon into very thin slices as below. Do not include/cut the seeds.

Step 4: In your pan containing your softened onions, add your fish slices, lemon slices, 1 thinly chopped garlic cloves, 2 tablespoons of Olive oil, 2 pinches of salt and 2 pinches of pepper.

Step 5: Stir fry on medium heat until the fish is fully cooked. Once your fish is cooked and has turned golden brown, switch off the heat and add your thinly chopped Parsley.

Step 6: Sauteed fish with lemon ready !

Step 7: Transfer and serve your sauteed fish on your favourite plate or bowl
