Moroccan chicken recipe

Moroccan chicken recipe (For 5 persons)

5 large chicken legs

3 large tomatoes

3 large onions

4 cloves of garlic

Salt and pepper to season

4 tablespoons of olive oil

2 tablespoons of sugar

200ml cooking creame (4% fat)

1 bouquet of coriander

1 sachet of Moroccan chicken spices (refer photo step 3)


Step 1: In your pan on low-medium heat, add your chopped onions, chopped garlic, 2 tablespoons of Olive oil, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 2 pinches of salt and 1 pinch of pepper and allow the onions to soften and become somehow translucent.

Step 2: Once your onions have softened, add your tomatoes (cut into pieces), 1 tablespoon of sugar, 2 tablespoons of Olive oil, 3 pinches of salt and 2 pinches of pepper and allow to softened to become like a sauce. Do not forget to stir from time to time ..

Step 3: When your tomato sauce is ready, get your Moroccan chicken spices, coriander and your cooking cream !

Step 4: Add them (Moroccan chicken spices, coriander, cooking cream) to your tomato sauce and proceed to step 5 ..

Step 5: Using your hand mixer, mix mix mix until it becomes a smooth sauce !!!

Step 6: Get your chicken ready in your baking pan. Add 2-3 pinches of salt and pepper and add your mixture from step 5 to your baking dish ! (You may cut your chicken legs into pieces as per your preference )

Step 7: Ensure that all your chicken pieces are covered by the sauce. Then cover tightly your baking dish with Aluminum foil and cook in a pre-heated oven at 175 degrees Celsius for 1 hour.

Step 8: After 1 hour your Moroccan chicken is ready to be served with love ...
