Ingredients for 3-4 persons
400 gm chicken breast fillet
2 full spoon of honey
Half orange juice
2g orange zest
2 generous pinches of salt
4 full spoon of olive oil

Orange can be substituted with lemon (Lemon and honey chicken) but the amount of the juice should be 1/3 of a lemon and only 1g of the zest due to its higher acidity..
Procedure
Step 1: Cut your chicken breast fillet in long and thin slices.
Step 2: In a small recipient prepare your 'honey / orange mixture' by mixing your honey, orange juice, orange zest, salt and olive oil
Step 3: On low heat, add your chicken slices and your 'honey / orange mixture' obtained in step 2
Step 4: When your chicken is half cooked (almost opaque white color), turn the heat to maximum (caramelization will occur soon).
Step 5: Wait for the chicken with the 'honey / orange mixture' to start caramelizing. This will be indicated by a change in color to golden brown.
Step 6: Once the color starts to change, continue stirring until the chicken slices have all caramelized uniformly.
Step 7: When that uniformed golden brown color is obtained, you are done! Serve your chicken as per your preference !
