Healthy brochettes

Healthy brochettes (For 2 persons)

250g chicken breast

Salt and pepper to season

12 mini/ cocktail chicken sausages

1 small cauliflower

1 can of whole mushroom

12 dried prunes (seeds removed)

1 small lettuce

2 cloves of garlic

3 tablespoons of olive oil

About 80g of Garlic Honey Barbecue sauce (refer photo step 5)

About 100g of red cabbage

Your favourite salad dressing

6 cherry tomatoes (or 1 medium size tomato)

Wooden skewers


Step 1: Cut your cauliflower into small branches and wash them well

Step 2: In your pan, stir fry your cauliflower branches with a pinch of salt and pepper and 1 tablespoon of olive oil until they become golden brown and soft. Reserve in a separate bowl.

Step 3 : In the same pan, stir fry your chicken breast (cut into large pieces), your mini chicken sausages and your mushrooms with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 grated garlic cloves, 2 pinches of salt and pepper until they become golden brown

Step 4: Get your seedless dried prunes and brochette picks and have fun making your brochettes as per your preference !

Step 5: When your skewers are completed, place them on a baking tray and get your Garlic Honey Barbecue sauce and your favourite silicon brush !

Step 6: Brush your Garlic Honey Barbecue sauce generously on each and every brochette. Once done, place your baking tray containing your brochettes in a preheated oven on "Grill" mode for 10 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.

Step 7: While your brochettes are grilling, wash your lettuce and cherry tomatoes, cut your red cabbage very thinly as far as possible and arrange them all on your plates neatly

Step 8: Top with your favourite salad dressing ..

Step 9: Out of oven !.... Hmmmmm !

Step 10: Place some brochettes on top of your seasoned salad and voila !...

Hmmmmmmm !...
