Chicken Tandoori (5 persons)
3 garlic cloves (chopped)
40ml (or 4 teaspoons) of sunflower oil
5 chicken legs
2 small pots of yogurt (No sugar - Nature)
1 box of Tandoori Chicken seasoning spices
2 teaspoons of sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
Step 1: In a bowl, add your oil, sugar, salt, chopped garlic, lemon juice (1 lemon), yogurt followed by your Tandoori Chicken seasoning spices (refer 2 following photos).
Step 2: Mix all ingredients well together until a homogenous reddish mixture is obtained
Step 3: Make small cuts on your chicken legs using a knife to help flavor to penetrate inside the meat during cooking. Using your silicon brush, 'paint' your chicken legs well on top and bottom with the tandoori mixture (refer 2 following photos). .
Step 4: Cover well your oven dish containing the chicken legs with aluminum foil (help your meat to stay soft and moist - sort of 'melting' in your mouth ..) and cook for 45 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius.
Tandoori chicken ready !...
