Cat`s version Tacos (For 2 very hungry persons)
1 box of 12 Taco shells (Refer photo step 4/ Tangs Way Beau-Bassin at Rs109)
350g chicken breast
2 medium size onions
3 small tomatoes
Salt and pepper to season
2 tablespoons of Olive oil
4 branches of Thyme
3 branches of Parsley
4 tablespoons of tomato sauce
1 teaspoon of corn flour
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 small lettuce
1 small yellow pepper
1 small red pepper
40g of grated cheese (Parmesan, cheddar or any other as per your preference)
12 teaspoons of your favourite salad cream (1 teaspoon per Tacos)
Procedure
Step 1: Thinly cut your chicken breast and transfer to your cooking pan together with your tablespoon of sugar, 4 pinches of salt, 3 pinches of pepper, your tomatoes (thinly cut), your onions (thinly cut) and your Olive oil !
Tip: You may remove the skin of your tomatoes prior to cutting into thin slices.

Step 2: Cook all your ingredients from step 1 on medium heat while stirring from time to time. Once your chicken slices are cooked (off-white color) and your tomatoes and onions have softened, add in your thyme, parsley (chopped thinly) and tomato sauce !
Note: The tomato sauce is mainly for the "color intensification" ..

Step 3: Stir continuously to combine all ingredients. Dissolve your corn flour in some water and add it to your chicken mixture. Continue stirring until the mixture starts to thicken. Once it has thickened, turn off the heat and your chicken preparation is ready !...
Tip: You may add some salt at this stage if required as per your preference ..

Step 4: Unpack your Taco shells !

Step 5: Place your Taco shells on a baking tray and bake in a pre heated oven at 150 degrees Celsius for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Wash and cut your lettuce thinly together with your red and yellow pepper and season them all with 2 pinches of salt and pepper. Grate your cheese as well and get your favourite salad cream

Step 6: Once your Taco shells are ready, fill half of one shell with your chicken preparation followed by some slices of lettuce, some red/ yellow pepper slices, about a teaspoon of salad cream and grated cheese. Repeat same procedure with all the other Taco shells !

Step 7: Top up all filled Tacos with a final pinch of pepper and Voiiiiiiila !
